Visitor Integrity
Infranord respects the integrity of each individual visitor. The following paragraph is intended to help you as a visitor to understand what type of information we collect from the website, and how we handle it.
Cookies
Infranord’s website uses cookies. The Swedish Act (2003:89), which came into force in July 2003, states that everyone using the website is to be informed about what cookies are used for on the website and given the opportunity to deny use of these. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and contains textual information. Cookies are used for certain functions that improve the website for the user. There are two types of cookies, persistent cookies and session cookies. The persistent cookies on Infranord’s website are used for our subscription service and for general measurement of statistics. They are used, for example, for functions where the visitor needs to log in, register and order something from the website. These cookies are also used to measure how many times pages are viewed and unique visits to the website. The statistics help Infranord to improve navigability and to simplify the search for information on the website. The other type of cookies are called session cookies. These are not stored permanently on your computer, but disappear when you close your web browser. While you are surfing on a page, this type of cookie is sent between your computer and the server to be able to keep track of information, for example what language you have chosen.
If you do not want to permit the use of cookies, you can change the settings on your computer and thereby disable the use of cookies. Go to Tools: Internet Options, the Secrecy tab and click on Advanced. There you can then choose whether you accept or deny cookies, or whether you want to be asked whenever cookies occur. However, please note that the possibility of managing subscriptions on the website is then lost.
Review of the Website Policy
Infranord reserves the right to review this website policy by updating it. This policy is governed by Swedish law. You thereby irrevocably approve Swedish jurisdiction for all activities that aim to apply this policy.
